ABOUT PATHWAYS
Pathway is one our most successful programs that move to achieve our mission of serving our communities. Serving 250 residents since 2019
In partnership with the Office of Neighborhood Safety and Engagement (ONSE), YAAY ME, INC. created and facilitates the Pathways program to assist out-of-school and unemployed District residents ages 21-35 by combining occupational training, life skills development and work readiness instructions to connect them back to the workforce.

After completion, beyond workforce preparation, this program also prepares our future leaders to further their education whether it is GED, Trade or become entrepreneurs themselves.
